The Group works for the automotive components market specilizing in the manufacturing of specific metal cut and stamped products and assembled with metallic and plastic inserts.

The capacity to follow the client from fast development of the samples in connection with the technical offices, the possibility to project and build the dies in house, allow the companies in the automotive sector to minimize the development times of new products interfacing with a single qualified contact person.

Working with automotive industry clients enabled the Group to acquire the capacity to develop the methodologies required by such industry, such as:

• PPAP approvals (PSW, dimensional reports, Control Plan, Flow Chart, PFMEA)
• R&R analysis
• CPK analysis
• 8D problem solving management
• creation of work specification.

The Quality Department has the usual control tools such as calipers, profile projectors, altimeters and a 3D arm that allows measuring parts and components having most complex geometries and validating potential control jigs created in house as an aid to the in-process control.
