Information technology processes

The three companies of the Group share the same IT Management System connecting all the manufacturing systems, which enables the real-time collection of data on the order progress status and on the system performance.

The system also enables procurement management, by means of MRP (Material Resources Procurement), of the processing cycles, of the itemized lists and production scheduling.

The entire system complies with the 4.0 criteria and this allows for a provision of reliable responses to the clients.

Besides the manufacturing system, the Boschetti Group introduced a CRM system so as to better handle the relationship with the clients and to adjust the activities based on the specific requirements.
