Laser cutting

Important investments compliant with the 4.0 criteria were made in the laser cutting shops, progressively updating the machine inventory with the new fiber laser machines.

The Boschetti Group has available laser cutting machines capable of processing more frequently used stainless steel sheets, copper, brass, and aluminum sheets.

DIMENSIONS:

• The maximum dimensions of the workbench are of 3,000 x 1,500 mm

SYSTEMS:

• 6 lasers up to 6000 watt with a 3000 x 1500 mm workbench equipped with automatic loading/unloading systems

TYPE OF MATERIALS:

• DD11/S235/S275/S355/S420 hot rolled steels up to 20 mm
• DC01 and DC04 cold rolled steels up to 3 mm
• DX51D Z - DX51D AZ - DX51D AS pre-plated steels up to 4 mm
• AISI 304 / 316 / 430 stainless steels up to 20 mm
• Aluminum and aluminum alloys up to 20 mm
• ETP copper up to 5 mm
• Brass up to 5 mm

Upon request of the client, the Group checks the feasibility and can also process other materials.
