Why does it matter?

Key technical features
Fully compatible with existing production flows, this tool is built from three main components:

• A ceramic-tipped punch: wear-resistant yet gentle on the material;
• A die with a precision ball roller to ensure exact guidance during cutting.

The tool’s average tip lifespan ranges from 5,000 to 8,000 meters, and can be even longer with thinner films. Operating speeds of 60–80 m/min are recommended. For tougher films, the system allows for spring pressure adjustment via a washer, ensuring consistent performance.
